The rules of working together

Plain English: use our site honestly; if you subscribe, you're agreeing to these Terms and to your plan's description; tools and results that depend on outside platforms aren't guaranteed; and there's no contract — you can cancel anytime.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aitargetedsolutions.com (the "Site") and the products and services we provide (the "Services"). By using the Site you agree to the general Terms below. If you purchase a paid plan or product, then by clicking "I agree" at checkout and/or by paying, you also agree to the subscription Terms (Sections 6–23) and to the Plan Description for what you bought (Schedule A). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or the Services.

1. Who We Are

AI Targeted Solutions ("AITS," "we," "us," or "our") provides listing, website, CRM, booking, SEO, social media, communication, and automation services for salons, lash artists, med spas, and other small businesses. The Site and Services are owned and operated by AI Targeted Solutions, a brand of GGG, LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Site or the Services. By using them, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Definitions

Plan — a monthly subscription tier. Add-on — an optional product that pairs with a Plan. Plan Description — the written description of what a Plan or Add-on includes, set out in Schedule A and incorporated into these Terms. Usage — metered consumption such as voice minutes and AI minutes. Order — your selection of a Plan and/or products at checkout, including custom items.

4. Site Use & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: violate any law or regulation; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights; transmit spam, malware, or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use the Services to send messages or run campaigns that violate anti-spam, telemarketing, or carrier rules (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and 10DLC requirements).

5. Free Audit

If you submit our audit request form, you're requesting a free review of your business's online presence. Submitting the form does not create any paid engagement or obligation, and any insights we share are provided "as is" without warranty.

6. Subscription Services & Plan Descriptions

We provide the Services described in the Plan Description for whatever you purchase (Schedule A). Each Plan Description is part of these Terms as if written here. Where a Plan Description and these general Terms conflict about what is included, the Plan Description controls; on legal matters, these Terms control. We may improve or change how a feature is delivered as long as we do not materially reduce the core function you purchased.

When you accept these Terms at checkout, we record the accepting user, email, date and time, IP address, the version of these Terms, and the Plan or product purchased. That record is the evidence of your agreement.

7. Custom & One-Off Orders

For anything sold outside the standard catalog — custom marketing services, ad campaigns, one-time builds, or other bespoke work — the Order summary or invoice for that item is its Plan Description, incorporated by reference, and your acceptance or payment for it is your agreement to it under these Terms. Third-party ad spend, where applicable, is billed separately by the ad platform and is your responsibility.

8. No Contract; Term & Cancellation

There is no fixed term and no long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month and renew automatically each month until canceled. To cancel, email contact@aitargetedsolutions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; it stops future charges and does not retroactively refund the current period (Section 12). One-time products and custom Orders are not "canceled" once delivered.

9. Fees, Billing & Auto-Renewal

You authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method the Plan fee in advance each month, plus any Add-on fees, one-time fees, and applicable taxes, until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly at the then-current rate. We will give 30 days' notice of any price increase to existing subscribers. If a charge fails, we may retry for up to 7 days and may suspend the Services if payment is not resolved within that window. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.

Free trial. New subscriptions may begin with a 7-day trial of the core platform. During the trial, features that carry activation or usage costs — including phone, AI, and email — are not active. The trial does not automatically charge your payment method: billing begins only when you choose to convert your trial to a live, paid plan, at which point any free-period or first-year allowances (such as included email) begin. If you do not convert, the trial simply ends and you are not charged.

10. Usage Allowances & Overages

Metered communications features — voice minutes and AI usage — are provided through the Communications add-ons and their Usage Packages (Schedule A), not bundled into the software plans. Each Usage Package carries a monthly allowance for the unit it covers. Allowances do not roll over. When an allowance is used up, the metered feature either pauses until you purchase additional Usage or continues on simple pay-as-you-go at the published per-unit rate, as described for that feature in Schedule A. Usage-based services billed only on consumption (such as call recording or transcription quoted to volume) are charged as used. We do not silently bill large overages; per-unit pay-as-you-go rates and package options are disclosed in Schedule A.

11. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade between Plans. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current month; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Reducing your Plan may remove features and lower Usage allowances going forward.

12. Refunds

Fees are non-refundable, including the current month upon cancellation, one-time build fees once work has begun, prepaid Usage packages, and custom Orders, except where required by law.

13. Your Content & Responsibilities

You are responsible for: the accuracy of information you provide; holding the rights to all content (images, logos, text) you give us to publish; lawful use of communication tools and obtaining any consent required from your own customers; and providing the timely access and approvals we need to deliver the Services. You will not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited purpose.

14. Ownership; What You Keep on Cancellation

Your content and data are yours — your logos, copy, images, customer/CRM records, and booking data. On cancellation you may request an export within 30 days, after which we may delete it. Your website is yours; you keep it, and our hosting is part of the subscription, so on cancellation you may move your website to your own hosting. Your domain is registered in your name; we host and manage it during your subscription and can transfer it to you or another party at your request, subject to a 90-day waiting period for newly registered domains. The platform itself — portal, CRM, booking portal, calls, AI features, dashboards, automations, and hosting — is licensed to you only while you are subscribed, and access ends on cancellation. One-time purchased builds (the Premium Website) are part of "your website" and are kept.

15. Third-Party Services & No Guarantees

The Services rely on third-party platforms and carriers we do not control. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, placement, or appearance on Google, Apple, Bing, or other platforms; any volume of leads, bookings, calls, or revenue; delivery of every voice message (which is subject to carrier filtering and the recipient's device); or uninterrupted availability of third-party services. Results depend on factors outside our control.

16. Data & Privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you collect from your own customers through the Services and for having a lawful basis to do so.

17. Service Changes & Discontinuation

We may add, change, replace, or discontinue features. If we discontinue or replace something you pay for, you will keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, or be migrated to the newer replacement (the price of which may or may not change, with notice per Section 9).

18. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AITS (GGG, LLC) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to free use of the Site shall not exceed $100. Our total liability for any claim related to paid Services shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the preceding one (1) month.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your messaging or marketing practices, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

20. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the paid Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and AITS waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except as provided in Section 20, any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version carries a version number and "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will require re-acceptance at your next renewal or before continued use of the paid Services; non-material changes take effect on posting. We keep prior versions on record.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the applicable Plan Description(s) in Schedule A, your Order, and our Privacy Policy make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and the Services, and supersede any prior "separate written agreement" language for the Services.

Schedule A — Plan Descriptions

This Schedule is incorporated into the Terms by reference (Section 6). Allowances do not roll over; overages follow Section 10. No outcome is guaranteed (Section 15). Ownership on cancellation follows Section 14.

Common Terms

Platform User — one staff login/seat for the software platform. Each software plan includes a set number of users (see below); additional users are $9.99/mo each. Profile Update — a change to your listing content (Our Good Name plan). Content Update — changes and additions to existing website content (editing text, swapping or adding images, updating hours/prices/services, or adding a content block to a page you already have), completed within a reasonable turnaround. A Content Update does not include creating a new page (see Additional Page), rebuilding or redesigning a page or layout (see Premium Website), structural overhauls, or custom development. Voice Minute — one minute of inbound or outbound calling, rounded up. AI Minute — one minute of AI voice interaction, rounded up; AI usage runs on top of the underlying Voice Platform, so the same interaction also draws from your voice usage (see Usage Packages). Business Number — one dedicated phone number. Website Page — one published page on your AITS-hosted website. Email Mailbox — one business email account on your domain. Mailboxes are not included with software-only plans; a mailbox is included with the Essentials Website plan, and standalone Business Email is available as an add-on (priced on request). Software-only — a plan in the Software Platform group provides the software described for it and does not include business email, email-marketing sends, phone minutes, AI usage, or website services unless those items are listed for that plan or added separately.

Booking

Direct Booking Link — on the Our Good Name listing, a single “Book Now” link that sends visitors to a booking destination you provide (your existing booking tool, scheduling page, or phone). No booking engine, calendar, availability, or appointment processing is provided at that tier. Native Booking — the AITS-run booking system included from Booking Pro upward: online booking, staff calendars, customer portal, service menus, deposits, intake forms, and customer records, run inside your AITS account.

Software Platform Plans

These are monthly software plans. Each is software-only as defined in Common Terms; communications, website, email-marketing, and marketing services are separate and listed in their own sections below. Higher plans include everything in the plan beneath them.

Our Good Name — $19.99/mo (plus payment-processing fees). A single public business listing on the AITS platform, for businesses that already have their own website and booking system. This is a listing only: it does not include a website, hosting, domain, business email, booking or calendar engine, phone number, voice, or AI features. A free basic listing (basic information and reviews only, no full profile) is also available at no monthly cost. The paid listing includes:

Booking Pro — $49/mo. Includes 1 Platform User. Standalone booking software for service businesses. Includes Native Booking: online booking, staff calendars, team scheduling, a customer portal, service menus, deposits, memberships, packages, gift cards, intake forms, and customer records. These features are part of the platform and licensed while you are subscribed (Section 14). It does not include a CRM/sales pipeline, communications, website, or marketing services unless added separately.

CRM Pro — $99/mo. Includes 3 Platform Users. Everything in Booking Pro, plus a full sales pipeline and customer-relationship tools: pipeline & CRM, leads, notes and tasks, automations, and reporting & forms. Your contacts are your data and are exportable on cancellation (Section 14).

Business Pro — $179/mo. Includes 5 Platform Users. Everything in CRM Pro, plus inventory & point of sale, loyalty & referrals, team scheduling, and advanced reporting.

Operations Pro — $249/mo. Includes 10 Platform Users. Everything in Business Pro, plus advanced software configuration and priority software support. This is the complete software platform; it remains software-only as defined above.

Enterprise — custom pricing. Multi-location growth for larger organizations: multi-location management, API access, advanced permissions, and a dedicated success manager. Scope, included resources, and price are set out in your Order and incorporated by reference (Sections 6 and 7).

Platform Add-ons

Additional Platform User — $9.99/mo each. An extra login/seat beyond those included with your plan; add as many as you need.

Business Email — priced on request. One or more mailboxes on your own domain, with calendar and spam protection. Software-only plans include no mailboxes; add Business Email only if you need email on your domain (a mailbox is otherwise included with the Essentials Website plan). Pricing depends on provider and seat count and is set out in your Order.

Communications

Calls and AI are added on. The platform fees below provide the capability and the connection to your CRM; they do not include calling or AI usage — usage is purchased through the Usage Packages that follow, or on pay-as-you-go.

Voice Platform — $29/mo. A dedicated Business Number with voice calling, voicemail and voicemail-to-email, call history, and CRM integration. No minutes included — add a Voice Package.

AI Platform — $49/mo. AI answering and booking, FAQ handling, and lead capture, integrated with your CRM. It automates handling and is not a guaranteed substitute for a human; when it cannot assist, it may take a message or route the contact. No AI usage included — add an AI Pack. AI runs on top of the Voice Platform.

Live Receptionist — $249/mo. Real human agents handle scheduling, lead intake, and call transfers. 100 minutes are included each month; coverage can be scheduled 24/7, and additional blocks may be added.

Live Chat Agents — $199/mo. Real human agents staff your website chat for lead qualification and booking assistance. 100 chats are included each month; coverage can be scheduled 24/7, and additional blocks may be added.

Voice Number — $15/mo each. An additional voice line. Add as many as needed (added before a usage pack).

Call Recording and Call Transcription — usage-based, quoted to volume. Call recording with cloud storage and playback; and AI call transcriptions with speaker identification and searchable history. These are billed on consumption at the rate stated in your Order. You are responsible for any call-recording consent required in your jurisdiction (Section 10).

Communications Usage Packages

Usage Packages add your monthly usage on top of the relevant Communications platform. Each cap is per month and does not roll over (Section 10); go over and it is simple pay-as-you-go at the published per-unit rate.

Website Services

A website you own (Section 14). Basic SEO and Google Business Profile optimization are included with every website plan. A standard 90-day registry waiting period applies before a newly registered domain can be transferred to another registrar; this is an industry registry rule, not ours, and your website stays live and yours throughout.

Essentials Website — $59/mo. Domain, hosting, and SSL; one business email mailbox included; a one-page, mobile-responsive website we build and host; Google Business Profile setup, verification, and optimization; a Book Now link; live chat; review automation; and Basic SEO. Additional pages are available via the Additional Page add-on or a higher website plan.

Professional Website — $99/mo. Everything in Essentials Website, plus up to 5 pages, custom design, and contact forms & gallery.

Business Website — $149/mo. Everything in Professional Website, plus up to 15 pages, custom design and layouts, a blog/news section, one minor Content Update per month included, and priority support.

Premium Website — from $799 one-time. A custom-designed build with enhanced functionality, scoped per Order (Section 7). The delivered site is owned by you (Section 14).

Additional Page — $99 each. One page beyond your plan’s included page count.

Content Update — $49 each. One Content Update (as defined in Common Terms) beyond what your plan includes; up to 2 additional updates per month.

Email Marketing

Managed Email Marketing — priced by audience size (quoted on request). Managed campaigns, automations, and reporting that we build and send for you. Email marketing is not included with software-only plans. Sending tools are set up under your own account and you own the audience. You are responsible for having the consent required to message your contacts (Section 10); we do not guarantee any campaign result (Section 15).

Marketing Services

No specific ranking, placement, or result is guaranteed for any marketing service (Section 15). Paid advertising spend, where applicable, is billed separately by the ad platform and is your responsibility.

Advanced SEO — from $149/mo. Ongoing search-optimization work: keyword tracking, on-page optimization, technical SEO monitoring, and monthly reporting.

Google Business Profile — from $99/mo. GBP setup and verification, profile optimization, monthly posts, and review prompts.

Citation Building — from $99/mo. Directory citations, NAP (name, address, phone) consistency, and listing management.

Social Media Management — from $299/mo. One social platform included with 8 scheduled posts per month, a content calendar, scheduled posting, and engagement monitoring. Additional platforms or posts are quoted separately.

Advanced Marketing — quoted on request. Full-service, multi-channel management across up to 3 platforms with 16 scheduled posts per month, plus strategy and reporting. Paid ads, ad spend, video production, and influencer work are not included unless quoted.

Marketing Launch — one-time, quoted on request. A one-time launch build across up to 3 platforms with 12 launch posts created plus campaign setup and assets. Launch posts are prepared for rollout; ongoing posting requires a monthly marketing plan.

Paid Advertising — custom quote. Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads; email, landing pages, and funnels. Ad spend is billed separately by the platform and is your responsibility. Scoped per Order (Section 7).

Add-on Services (one-time & as-needed)

One-time and as-needed help, billed only when you use it.

For any item above priced “on request,” “quoted,” or “custom,” the Order summary or invoice for that item is its Plan Description and is incorporated by reference; your acceptance or payment is your agreement to it (Sections 6 and 7).
